How long does setup take?

Basic setup (FAQ + WhatsApp) takes 2 hours. PMS integration takes 1-3 days depending on your system. Full deployment with workflows takes about 1 week.

Does vGuest integrate with my PMS (Optima, EzGo, MiniHotel)?

Yes! vGuest currently integrates with Optima, EzGo, and MiniHotel PMS systems. Integration is two-way: vGuest reads reservation data and can write back pre-check-in status.

Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice via email to info@vguest.ai.
Refunds: Prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period. Processed within 5-10 business days.
Data Export: 30 days to export data after cancellation. Data is deleted after this period.
